How it works

From posted to hired in four steps.

  1. Post the role

Base pay, commission, offer price and lead source are required. No pay, no post.

  2. We check the offer

Company identity, real leads, and proof that closers actually get paid.

  3. Get your shortlist

Screened closers who fit your niche, languages and hours.

  4. Interview and hire

Talk to the ones you like and make the hire yourself.

Closer jobs, explained

What the roles are, how they’re paid, and what every listing here will show.

What is a high-ticket closer?

A high-ticket closer is a salesperson who runs the sales call for an expensive offer, usually $2,000 or more: coaching programmes, online courses, agency retainers, SaaS plans or professional services.

Most high-ticket closer jobs are remote. The closer takes booked phone or video calls with leads who have already shown interest, works out whether the offer fits them, and closes the sale. Pay is usually commission on each sale, sometimes with a guaranteed base.

Closer vs appointment setter

An appointment setter works earlier in the process. Setters reply to inbound leads, send outreach messages or make short calls, qualify people and book them onto a closer’s calendar. The sales closer then runs the full call and asks for the sale.

Setters are often paid per booked or qualified call, sometimes with a base. Remote appointment setter jobs are a common way into high-ticket sales.

Remote closer jobs with the pay shown up front

Many sales closer jobs hide the money until the interview, or ask closers to pay for training first. Every remote closer job listed on Closer Hive will show:

  • The guaranteed base, or the word “none”
  • The commission and how it’s calculated
  • The offer’s price and what’s being sold
  • Where the leads come from
  • Employee or contractor status
  • Eligible countries, languages and hours

Hire a high-ticket sales closer

Questions

Closer job questions.

Do closers pay to apply?

No. Joining the roster, applying and being shortlisted are free for closers. Roles that ask closers for money aren’t allowed.

What does the $99 pilot include?

A checked listing for one role and a hand-picked shortlist of screened closers who fit your niche. It’s a pilot price and may change.

What if no qualified closers come through?

We extend the search or refund you.

Are high-ticket closer jobs commission only?

Many are, but not all. Every listing on Closer Hive shows the guaranteed base, or the word “none”. Commission-only roles are listed only if they say so clearly and the offer passes our checks. We prefer a base plus commission.

Can I find remote closer jobs in my country?

The roles are remote. Each listing states the eligible countries, languages and working hours, so you can see before applying whether it fits.

Is Closer Hive live yet?

Not fully. We’re starting with a small paid pilot. Pilot bookings and the closer waitlist open soon, and the full job board comes later.
